What devices can I watch on?
You can watch from pretty much anywhere! Stream your dog training on your phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, or smart TV — whenever it's convenient for you and your pup. Whether you're training in the living room, backyard, or on the go, your lessons are always right at your fingertips! 🐶✨
Are there transcripts?
Yes! 🐾📖 Many lessons include full transcripts so you can easily read along, review key training tips, or go back and refresh anything at your own pace. They're super helpful for note-taking, quick reference, and learning on the go! ✨🐶
Do I need special equipment?
You will only need a touch pad, and might want to get a solid treat pouch! Amazon links to both products are under the "Products" section when you sign up!
Do I have to start with Obedience 1?
You can always start at our $5 dollar intro course to get a feel for the program, but yes, your training journey will start with Obedience 1! It is the foundation of the program! Once you finish Obedience 1, you will be ready to graduate to Obedience 2 and so on!
Why does my dog jump on me?
Dogs jump on people because they're overflowing with excitement and trying to say, "You're here and this is the best day ever!" 🐶🎉 Jumping gets them attention, gets them closer to your face, and often works — so they keep doing it!
Why does my dog ignore my commands?
Your dog isn't trying to be stubborn — they're usually thinking, "Sorry, this squirrel is way more interesting right now!" 🐿️🐶 Dogs ignore commands when they're distracted, overexcited, confused, or haven't fully learned that listening always pays off.
How long should my dog training sessions be?
Dog training sessions should be short, fun, and full of wins — usually about 5–15 minutes! 🐶✨ Dogs learn best in quick bursts, so ending while they're excited and focused keeps training feeling like a game instead of homework.
When should I start formal training? How young can my dog be?
Start formal training as soon as your dog comes home — yes, even as a puppy! 🐶⚡ They're learning from day one anyway, so early, short, fun sessions help shape good habits before the bad ones settle in.
How do I stop my dog from pulling on the leash during walks?
Stop-and-go magic time! 🐶✨ When your dog pulls, you stop walking immediately. No forward movement = no reward. When the leash is loose, you start again. They quickly learn: pulling = we freeze, loose leash = we go! Add treats for staying by your side and it turns into a game where calm walking wins the prize. 🚶♂️🐕
